The owners are so kind and helpful. Def I have a good experience there, hope will visit again soon ^^

Menawarkan taman, lounge berkongsi serta teres, MIMARU Kyoto Kawaramachi Gojo terletak di pusat Kyoto, 14-minit berjalan kaki dari Stesen Gion Shijo. Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at Mimaru. The staff went above and beyond to assist us and were outstanding! Thank you! The neighbourhood is quieter than the main tourist area and not very difficult to get around. We took buses, the metro, and walked. But the best transport were the bicycles we hired from a bike store across the street. It was fast, fun and safe to ride around Kyoto on bicycles like a local! The hotel has a few bike parking spaces which was very convenient. The laundry room in the hotel was great and had enough machines and a money machine to exchange bills for 100yen coins. The hotel has a small exercise room which is useful. The room was more spacious than expected, very clean with everything that we needed. The windows could be opened for fresh air when needed. There is a good sized grocery store almost opposite the hotel with fresh food and most products you’d require. We would definitely return to this Mimaru!

The room, the facilities, the friendly staff, the location.. all awesome!!! Will repeat again if we come to Kyoto!!! 👍

Location was amazing, the staff were very accommodating and helpful, the room was beautiful with the personal garden, loved it.

Terletak di daerah Shimogyo Ward bagi Kyoto, MIMARU Kyoto Nishinotoin Takatsuji menawarkan bilik 4-bintang dengan WiFi percuma. Lovely hotel with great amenities. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby including a beautiful grocery store. As a foreigner, we found that Kyoto was not as easy to get around as other Japanese cities. However the hotel is walking distance to many sites and it was always easy to catch a cab infront on the hotel for longer distances. Our kids loved the board game menu. The beds and bedding was extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend.

The property is really really close to train station, 2-3 minute walk. It is bigger than all other Japan accommodation I’ve been to, newly built so all amenities, equipment and appliances are new. There’s also a comprehensive English version on how to use all equipment so everything was so easy to use. Big bed, lounge, walk in dresser, fridge, microwave, stove and laundry all works well. They even have a documented staff recos on restaurants, etc. Toiletries/towels/detergent are available near lobby if you need more. Everything about this hotel was well thought of and I truly appreciated every detail. 100% highly recommended!

The staff were very helpful. One of us got sick with a high fever at midnight, and they helped us find a pharmacy.
