The apartment booked (Ap 27 Limone) was very clean, very well compartmented and included a sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, oven, electric hob and microwave, coffee maker. A very large bedroom with a very comfortable double bed, and a large bathroom with a modern shower area. The apartment is located just 5 minutes walk from the Piazza Principale train station in Genoa. Also in maximum 10 minutes you can reach the seafront and the Aquarium. It is very easy and quick to walk to the historic center in maximum 1 minute. So the positioning is ideal. Access to the Apartment is by taking the keys from the reception of one hotel, 50-100 m from the Apartment. Everything was beyond expectations. Also the owner of the property provide us all the information via booking message, and was very kind for all our questions.

I stayed here for one night during a business trip. Luca, the owner, was very friendly and provided detailed instructions via WhatsApp on how to access the flat which made check-in easy. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. I strongly recommend.

We've got all we need and more, including information about sightseeings, public transport and where to eat. Exceptional quality stay! ❤️ There is a hypermarket nearby, a bus stop, and a simple but tasty pizza place where they surve gluten-free pizza.

We spent 8 wonderful nights at Agriturismo Uliveto Bartolomeo, and it was truly one of the best stays we’ve ever had. From the very beginning, we felt at home thanks to the amazing hosts – Simone and his mother. They are extremely kind, attentive, and genuine people who made us feel like part of the family. Every morning started with a lovely breakfast and good coffee, and we really enjoyed sitting outside under the olive trees surrounded by nature. The whole atmosphere is peaceful and authentic, the kind of place where you can truly relax. We brought our dog, and Simone and his mother were very welcoming and caring towards him, which made the stay even more special. The location is also great: close enough to Sestri Levante and the sea, but far enough to enjoy the quietness of the countryside. Everything about this place radiates warmth and hospitality – we left with only good memories and would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a genuine Ligurian agriturismo experience.

Very clean, freshly renovated spacious apartment in a nice house. Close to the beach and literary at the entrance to the Lungomare Europa which is gorgeous. The bedding, sheets, towels, mattress, all was very clean and comfortable, sofa-bed as well. The town is cute and vibrant. There is an option for parking but we easily found a free street parking spot next to the house.

Fantastic location, amazing views, nice modern apartment. Great hosts: We were met by Alessia who gave us a warm welcome and very considerate of our small dog. We had an issue with the washing machine at one stage and Ed was there in minutes to try and resolve it. Walking distance into Latte for groceries, restaurants and seafront sundowners. We'd love to return!

We booked this property with 1 hours notice because our original accommodation cancelled our booking last minute. Hong was an incredibly gracious host, accommodating a series of panicked phone calls from us as we tried to avoid sleeping at the station for the evening. He was so incredibly helpful and patient! About the property: The property is centrally located, just behind La Spezia Centrale station (literally a 2 minute walk, with only a slight incline for 10 metres). This location means it’s close enough to the centre of the town for easy access to the port (which includes the ferry to the iconic Cinque Terre), the market and plenty of restaurants, but tucked away in a quiet area so it doesn’t feel like you’re fighting the crowds. The house is extremely spacious, with very comfortable beds in 3 bedrooms. The bathrooms are very clean and spacious as well. The property has a quaint courtyard, perfect for a quiet morning coffee while enjoying the view of the houses up the hill. The house is perfect for groups, and I’d imagine especially so for those travelling with young children as it’s nicely enclosed. The location makes it easy for day trips to Cinque Terre and surrounding areas, without needing to skimp on comfort.

Apartment was on the second floor and there was no elevator. So something to be aware if you have a heavy luggage. Apartment was clean and spacious. It had iron and ironing board and also some information on the city attractions and what to do. Host was very helpful and very responsive. He also shared with us some websites which helped to find our way in the city.
