Residenza Marchesi Pontenani offers self-catering apartments in Florence, a 5-minute from Santa Croce square and 800 metres from Uffizi Gallery. It features a garden and free WiFi throughout. Great for a family trip. Location is excellent, just across Piazzale Michalengelo with Arno River in between. You can walk along the river, 15 minutes walk to Ponte Vecchio, Uffuzi Gallery, and Duomo. Area is safe and silent, streets towards the center has good restaurants and cafes. The apartment is very cozy and authentic. It was clean and cute. Rachele was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend.

Clean and comfortable apartment with with all needed facilities. We spent there 4 nights, and the best was that it is on the edge of ztl zone with garage parking lot so we had no worries about parking. City centre and main attractions are on walkable distance (approx 2 km).

Martina was excellent she was in contact with us before arrival, explaining how to get into the property and apartment using key codes, so easy just like a mobile phone keypad, and made sure the apartment was warm on arrival, and that everything was ok for us, she could not of been more helpful, just a whatsup away.
