Surrounded by trees, Aminess Younique Gaia Green Villas features modern decorated accommodation with fitness and water sports facilities in Njivice. Free WiFi is provided. The accommodation was really great - villas are well equipped and super clean, located underneath the treas in a quiet area (slept really well). The kitchenette was equipped with all that we needed (although we mostly ate outside, there were plenty of places to choose from). Super nice employees (both the receptionists and the cleaning staff, they really made us feel at home). The reception staff showed a lot of consideration for special needs of my elderly parents - much appreciated! For people travelling with their dogs: whole of Njivice (basically all the restaurants and coffee shops we visited) are super ok with the dogs accompanying their humans to the establishments. There are a couple of beaches where dogs can go as well, so all of our "family members" were happy with the stay. For sure will visit again!

Everything was awesome, the location, the quality of the furniture's, wifi etc. We were traveling by car and the owners offered a parking spot just across the street for us to park. They asked for the license plate of the care so that they could forward it to the parking company and we immediately entered the parking spot without any additional charges for 3 days. Many thanks!

The location is perfect—just steps from the marina and within easy walking distance to everything. Dinner at their restaurant was exceptional; the tartar is a must-try! The restaurant’s authentic old town Malinska charm, with its traditional fisher design, made for a memorable dining experience. The host was warm and friendly, making us feel very welcome. Breakfast was good, and our room was modern, comfortable, and beautifully designed throughout. The peaceful location and convenient off-road parking were additional pluses. Highly recommended!

It far exceeded our expectations. Lovely bedroom and living room--both of which opened out onto a lovely balcony overlooking the sea + full kitchen + great bathroom with super shower + a large patio off the kitchen--also with a magnificent sea view! Our host, Ivana, arrived quickly to let us in and show us around. When we asked if we could use the washing machine, she immediately provided us with laundry soap and showed us how it worked. The patio had a clothesline, complete with clothes pins--what a joy after 3 weeks of travel! As a bonus, the local bar was only a few steps down the street. We loved having a beer there--the people were so friendly and welcomed us to join them.
