From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly and helpful hosts who made us feel right at home. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, with excellent beds that ensured a great night’s sleep. The terrace was definitely a highlight, offering breathtaking views that made every moment special. Another huge bonus was the location—just a few minutes' walk from the most beautiful part of the beach in all of Kallithea. It was the perfect spot for enjoying the sun and the sea, making our stay even more memorable.

Best location! I was truly impressed by the exceptional kindness and professionalism of the staff — they were always courteous and attentive. Each room is equipped with a jacuzzi, adding a wonderful touch of comfort and relaxation. The property also features a well-maintained swimming pool, and the location is superb — within easy reach of both the city center and the beaches. On top of that, private parking is provided, which is a great convenience. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations; there is absolutely nothing to complain about.

Amazing stay! We liked everything in this place. The welcome from the hosts on our first day and during the entire stay, they were always there to help, very friendly and smiling all the time. The rooms were exactly what we needed for two families with 2 children, the configuration of our apartment was perfect. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and prepare a morning breakfast, coffee filter, a fridge, a small freezer. The shower was very practical and there was hot water all the time at a very good presure. There are air conditioners in the rooms, but we didn't use it, as was warm. The location of the villa is very close to the center, 2 min walking, and in the same time very quiet. There is a grocery next to it OK Grocery, with very good and fresh products. I want to add the fact that the beds were very comfortable, we slept so well during our entire stay. I stayed in a few locations in Afitos during the last years, but this one was definitely the Best from all aspects. Plus the balcony that we had, was huge and a good place for gathering. Thank you to our beautiful hosts for the way they thought this accommodation to make you feel like home. We'll come back for sure 😊

Terletak 3-minit berjalan kaki dari Pantai Pefkohori, EL MARE ROOMS menawarkan teres, dan penginapan yang berhawa-dingin dengan balkoni dan WiFi percuma. Lady that owns the place was really welcoming. She was helpful with anything we needed. Staff also changed our bed sheets after 3 days (we were accomodated for 6) which was a nice touch. Balcony was divided from apartment not only by classic glass door but also with net door against insects. Beach is 3 to 5 min walk so really close.

Book it. Perfect location. Not crowded and great for families with kids. Spyros and his lovely wife were helpful and kind the whole stay.

Beautiful tranquil location with an with an amazing infinity pool. Convenient location to Sani Resort and to town. Prokopi, the owner, was so friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness was a 10+. We will definitely come back to this property.

Lovely rooms , really spacious , not the mention the incredible view you get from the last floor . We had an amazing stay.

Menawarkan pemandangan laut, Pamina Mare di Nea Skioni mempunyai penginapan, kolam renang luaran, taman,kawasan pantai peribadi, teres dan kemudahan barbeku. We had a great time staying here. The place is very peaceful, it has a huge garden and with the private beach you feel like you're on an island. Pictures can't capture the feeling of being here. For a family with kids I think the Asteria apartment is perfect because of its big indoor terrace. The owners are wonderful people and they were very helpful every time we needed something. I highly recommend Pamina Mare if you're going to visit this part of Greece.
