He was very responsive for any question, making sure we have everything we need for our stay. Totally recommend it!

Property was new construction, very clean, and well equipped. I felt extremely safe and the neighborhood was very quiet. I appreciated having a washing machine and also laundry detergent. The view of the sea from the balcony was awesome. Enjoyed being close to small town so I could walk to local restaurants to savor the local cuisine. Close to bus route 18 if you wanted to visit port of Chania. Owner was very accommodating and when my return trip became delayed, he was very helpful in assisting me to secure lodging. I definitely plan to come back to Crete and stay at the Heliades Property.

We were in Crete for 2 weeks and this was by far our best stay, we wish we stayed longer and can't wait to go back. The apartment was lovely and we were surprised because it had literally everything (and more) for a comfortable stay for four people. Also, it was super clean (which is rare). The location was great for exploring the city and the surrounding area. Panagiotis was the best host, attentive and ready to give awesome tips for a local experience. Thank you!

Our stay at Villa Katerina was absolutely fantastic, we truly felt at home. The property was spotless, incredibly peaceful, and perfectly located just outside the hustle and bustle of the city center, yet still very convenient for reaching any part of town. Dora was a wonderful host, welcoming us with both professionalism and heartfelt warmth. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our entire stay. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly exceptional experience.

I enjoyed everything from the room: everything was new and well cleaned; there was every kind of service / necessity; the position was perfect (just near to the old town to enjoy a relaxing night but, at the same time, to easily reach the center of the city by foot); the EXTREME kindness of the hosts! I suggest to everyone that are planning to visit Chania / the west area of Creta to choose this structure!! :)
