The receptionist waited for us as we arrived late, and explained well to us the various amenities and close by cafes and orientated us on the train station gare du nord which is 6 mins drive , what to expect when we arrive, as we need to catch an early train to Amsterdam. Another plus point is available water cooler for drinking water , and it is keyless, and it is modern decor. Overall it is an excellent place and location .

When we visited, there was a strike in Paris, but 15 area was very quiet and safe. And breakfast wasn't provided, but there was a kitchen in the flat, so we cooked a simple meal. Or we had brunch at a nearby cafe.
