There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. There is free private parking and a free airport shuttle service. Facilities for disabled guests are also available at the property. The breakfast was very good with a choice of 4 pre set menu and every table has an amazing view of the ocean. The Ocean views from the balcony of the bungalows are incredible and there is an hamac where you can relax besides there are some seats and table where couple of times we enjoy a beautiful dinner. The kitchen is very well equipped if you feel like cooking and they even had excellent wine glases to enjoy a great" SALUD" The host Ximena which welcomed us when we arrived made us feel very comfortable and gave us many good tips about the Island ,Gracias Ximena.. Also Andrea who was the person that I was in contact before we arrive was very helpful and it inspired me to choose this wonderful place. This was a family trip for me my 3 sisters and my mother and we all felt the warmth of everybody that works there and most important they treat my mother Gloria like a Queen. Muchisimas Gracias.

Some units have a balcony and/or a patio with sea views and outdoor furniture. At the holiday home, each unit has bed linen and towels. I visited Rapa Nui for two nights in December 2024 and Kitai Cabanas was really the best place to stay and made my short trip wonderful. The hosts are lovely persons and make the guests to feel welcome. Even before arrival communication was great and all questions have been answered quickly. Pick up at the airport was included and drop off at departure as well. The cottage is spacious, clean and a fully eqipped kitchen (which I did not use though, as Kitai Cabanas is next to many good restaurants). Water dispender is in the room, which was convinient. Room, bath and kitchen have been clean and I had a nice terrace with garden view. There are many lovely cats arround. Bed was comfortable. Wifi worked well. I booked also an island tour with the hosts and Kevin is an excellent guide. Very knowlegable about the history and culture of Rapa Nui.

The hosts Juan and Lucy were incredibly helpful and kind. The cabin is perfect for one or two people, and it's in about a 15 minute walk from everything in the town. I loved my stay!

Each unit is equipped with a balcony featuring an outdoor dining area. At the holiday home, every unit includes bed linen and towels. It is very clean and well equipped . They supply the toilet tissues and water very often . It is close to the beach and can watch stars . Eating outside the balcony can have good views . The house owner is very kind to give us free pick up from the airport .

The place was spacious and spotless, communication was frequent and easy, and I loved having a patio to relax on at the end of the day.

Lovely place would of loved to stay longer. Family run place super friendly. They will rent you a car or arrange trips. They picked me up from the airport and dropping me off.

A patio with garden views is offered in each unit. Fantastic stay! We absolutely loved our time at Maria Hau Cabanas, the room was perfect and in such an amazing location, right by the sea and close to town. Maria’s son greeted us at the airport and made sure we were looked after our whole trip, thank you for such an amazing time. Cannot recommend enough!

Set in Hanga Roa, Cabañas Moai is 200 metres from Hanga Roa Anthropological Museum. Tahai is 500 metres from the property. Free private parking is available on site.

The kindness of the host, the perfect location, the moaï in the garden or the peacefulness of this authentic Rapa Nui Cabaña ?.... Everything was perfect ! We stayed there 6 nights and didn't want to leave. Located 5mn away by walk from the beautiful Tahai moaï and only 20mn walk by the coast to reach the center of Hanga Roa.
