This is the second time I live here, it's a very nice apartment. Ana is a great host, when I got questions, she answered me very fast and accurate. Except that, the house has made a lot of labels on each closet in the kitchen which is very easy to find the goods, that is very organized. And the house decoration is with good quality, that's also very nice. Easy and free parking, Everything is just perfect.

The room was very clean and comfortable and also the beds were wonderful and we slept very well. Self check-in was easy and efficient and the hosts were responsive. We were able to get to Valle Verzasca from this location which took about 1.5 hours. 100% recommend!!

Large windows with great view. Everything is perfectly clean. All main points of interest and restaurans are in walking distance. Bonus is free parking in tourist area near apartment. Hosts are young couple, they have great passion and love for their guests, they even offer a welcoming champagne and some spaghetti. Make our stay like home. If you like cooking, you can find almost anything you need like cooking wares, utensils, cups, plates and glasses. Definitely will recommend 👍👍👍

Host was kind enough and informative, the apartment was cosy enough and contained everything we needed to relax and prepare simple meals. Apartment was about 15 minutes "enjoyable and scenic" walk to Lugano's centre and very close to the lake, other facilities like a Migros supermarket was nearby too.
