After months of travel we needed a nice place to stay for a while to recoup and have a break from hotels full of excited children and equally excited yapping dogs. La Capeline fulfilled this requirement and more. Everyone here from personnel to residents are welcoming and friendly despite our extremely limited French language skills. Lovely amenities and a dream to be able to swim in a super clean, quiet, swimming pool. If you're looking for a good base to explore Dunkirk away from the busy centre La Capeline is perfect. Secure designated parking and Lidl store opposite to make life even easier. Would recommend Domitys to anyone looking for self contained accommodation in a nice safe, quiet environment. Close to shops and restaurants. Everything was very walkable. Very recently renovated and spacious apartment. It was clean and well looked after. The balcony was also a nice addition and it was lovely to sit out in the sun. Bonus was that the building had an elevator, which was nice as I didn't need to lug my heavy suitcase up the stairs.

This property is right on the boardwalk for the beach. The owner made the best of the view by putting the bed on a raised up platform. We loved relaxing on the bed taking in the incredible view. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is impeccably clean. The owner is friendly and sends good, clear communication.

Thierry was an exceptional host with great communication, very friendly and exceptionally helpful. The property is absolutely fantastic and spotlessly clean with all the facilities we required (we knew there was no WiFi before arrival). The whole set up with the communal area for socialising, eating and drinking is a great idea. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Absolutely marvellous place in the total tranquillity, recently built with a great taste and attention to details. The bed was like a cloud, breakfast was really adorable. We enjoyed staying and thankful to Baptiste for the hospitality.
