It was a spacious quiet hotel with large apartments which were very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. Good fridges very very handy. And a nice small kitchen area to make tea and coffee. The location is peaceful. And we heard no noise, from the hotel or from the road outside . It felt safe and a nice place to be, I wish we could have stayed longer.

A very smart modern flat in a great location in Ypres/Ieper. The host was very friendly and helpful. The private parking is two blocks away, but it was easy to offload everything first and then park the car. Lots of helpful information in the folder in the apartment. Would definitely recommend for a visit to Ypres.

It is clean, comfortable and easy to locate. We needed a stop in Dunkirk for a night at short notice and this place was absolutely spot on! We wished we were staying longer! The property is absolutely fantastic and spotlessly clean with all the facilities we required (we knew there was no WiFi before arrival). The whole set up with the communal area for socialising, eating and drinking is a great idea. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough and I wish Baptiste and Celine all the best in their enterprise.
