The receptionist staff at this hotel are second to none, assisted us in learning some local language and were generally friendly and bubbly people, no request was a problem, this is how you do customer service! ❤️ A brilliant way to spend our 7 year anniversary and my wife’s 40th together! PS the towel animals were adorable!!

They also have a private underground parking. As for communication with the owner, it was very positive. Next time we visit Vienna, we will definitely return here. The hotel requires a 500 euro deposit.
