This place is a gem! Tucked behind a lush and atmospheric garden where you can relax, it offers spacious, spotless rooms and hearty, varied breakfasts. The owners are truly amazing – kind, caring and most helpful! The very first day I was struggling with bad cold and they offered me tea and honey, which was a lovely touch. We felt like visiting a family :)

Good apartment in the north of Khiva with wifi and AC. The manager and his family were particularly kind and helpful, giving us good advice, letting us use the terrace at their hotel in the centre and giving us a lift to the station.

The guest house is located directly next to the nicest square in Khiva and to the city walls. We loved the location and the quiet roof terrace. The bed was super comfy and not as hard as usually in the region. Most of all, we felt very welcome by the hosts. The breakfast was exceptional, varied and we even were invited for lunch when we stayed it. What a gem of a guest house!
