First and foremost a fantastic host in Muhammad and our driver Steve. Always on the offer side if we wanted a service in the form of ordering, for example, a taxi boat etc. The villa (Gardenia Villa) has an absolutely unique location and view, and the surrounding nature is absolutely beautiful. Monkey Flower gives you a separate phone, where both can be reached very quickly. Steve was a very pleasant, kind and service minded man, who drove us wherever we wanted at any time. Big plus for him! The villa was as expected if not better, and the cleanliness was absolutely excellent every day. The road up to the villa is somewhat steep, and may seem scary to some, but Steve was such a fantastic driver that after a few days we didn't think anything of it. We would love to come back, and would recommend this place to everyone!

Perfect Island Getaway – Stunning Views & Incredible Hosts! 🌴✨ I can’t recommend Villa Mar highly enough! Located on the peaceful southern end of Koh Tao, this villa feels like a private slice of paradise — far enough from the crowds to truly unwind, yet still close enough to great beaches and restaurants. The views are absolutely breathtaking — every morning we woke up to sweeping ocean panoramas that looked straight out of a postcard. Watching the sunset from the terrace was pure magic. The villa itself is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. What really made our experience special were the hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, offering great local recommendations and always being just a message away. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel completely at home.

The glamping setup was incredible. Clean , beautifully decorated and surprisingly luxurious. The beds where comfortable and waking up to the nature and the view on the beach was magical. The host David was very friendly and we where well cared for. From the very first minute upon entering it was peaceful, relaxing and exactly what me my wife and 2 children needed. Highly recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the beautiful villa. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, arranging a taxi to collect us from the pier and organising scooters to be dropped off to us.     We had high expectations, but found the location nit meeting them. We had asked for two rooms next to each other because of the kids but that was not possible. There was no stairs inside from the bedroom to the kitchen and the very steep stairs were not lit at night causing serious fall hazard. The villa's are at a great location overlooking the sea.

    Very nice staff. We could check-in earlier. We were provided with a breakfast box for going diving before the restaurant opened. Yummy buffet restaurant as well. Big family room, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. We also rented motorbikes with them. Clean and comfy beds and pillows.

    We lived in a brand new apartment (we were the first guests) with comfortable beds, a large shower area, a cozy living room and fast internet 😄. The modern kitchen is particularly special, from which you have a fantastic view of the sea (of course you can also see it from the balcony). For us, it was by far the nicest accommodation on our trip. Important to know: The accommodation is on a mountain and you need a moped to get there. The area is very quiet. However, the beach etc. can be reached by moped in just a few minutes.
