One of the nicest hostels I stayed at in Sri Lanka. I loved my stay at the Sixth Sense, the only problem was that I spent only one night! The hostel has everything you need, it’s very comfortable, clean, with a cute design and the host and staff are incredibly welcoming and nice people.

Absolutely amazing accommodation. If I could, I would give 100 points. Only 1.5 km from the walls, you can get there in a few minutes with a cheap tuktuk or by local bus and walk 200m. The host is an incredibly nice person, with excellent English, we had a very nice conversation. The accommodation is the best I have experienced in 2 weeks in Sri Lanka. If you want to have a feeling of the European standard for a while, I highly recommend it. The apartment has everything you can think of to feel comfortable. Mosquito repellent, quiet air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, hangers, adapter, beautiful palm garden... No insects at all, total cleanness. Absolutely quiet place, peace and comfort. Thank you for a perfect rest before long journey back to Europe.

We loved our stay at Coco Grove. Perfect location, to go to the beach walking, or catch a bus on the principal road, but quiet place, full of greenery. Super Kind family, making all they can to make their guest Happy. Excellent breakfast. We highly recomand!

We had an amazing stay! The host was very professional, friendly, and welcoming. The location was extremely convenient, with easy access to the main road. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, giving us plenty of privacy throughout our stay. It was also well-equipped, with clean utensils and everything we needed for a pleasant experience. Overall, it was absolutely worth the price. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to return if we visit Galle again.

From the moment we arrived until our reluctant departure, every aspect of this charming villa exceeded our expectations, creating an unforgettable Sri Lankan escape. Location: 10/10 Nestled in the peaceful village of Pitiwella, just a short and pleasant distance from the historic Galle Fort, Villa Serene offers the ideal balance of tranquility and accessibility. We loved being a mere 5-minute stroll from the beautiful Pitiwella Beach, allowing for spontaneous dips in the ocean and stunning sunset walks. The convenience of nearby local shops for daily needs, coupled with easy access to tuk-tuks and the main bus route, meant we could explore Galle and its surroundings effortlessly, yet return to the serene embrace of the villa. Accommodation & Comfort: 10/10 The villa itself is a true gem. Spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, it felt like a home away from home. We stayed in the one-bedroom villa, which was generous in size (around 1873 sq ft!) and boasted a fully equipped kitchen – perfect for those who enjoy preparing their own meals. The air conditioning was a welcome relief from the tropical heat, and the comfortable king-sized bed ensured restful nights. We particularly adored the private balcony with its lush garden views, a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The overall ambiance was one of warmth and genuine comfort. Amenities & Facilities: 10/10 Villa Serene truly goes above and beyond with its offerings. The fast, free Wi-Fi (a speedy 122 Mbps!) was a huge plus, allowing us to stay connected effortlessly. The availability of a washing machine was incredibly convenient for longer stays. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like mosquito nets, a flat-screen TV, and quality linens.

Absolutely everything ❤️ This little cabana is situated a little off the beaten track with beautiful views of the countryside. If you are looking to relax, enjoy the sounds of nature and cater for yourself in the lovely balcony kitchen, then this is the place you need to be. If however you want loud music, bars and beach on your doorstep, then move on as they are not in walking distance but can easily be reached by taxi. Hideout is extremely comfortable, immaculately clean and finished to a good spec. Lovely bathroom with hot water, 2 bedrooms, plenty of space for luggage and fab undercover terrace/kitchen to rear. Seating to the front for daytime sun. You are surrounded by trees and wildlife - many birds, chipmunks and even a purple faced langur. The host family are delightful, friendly and extremely helpful and I cannot recommend this highly enough. There is also an undercover gated parking space.

    The room is the nicest room I have stayed in for the money here- mini fridge, small kitchenette area with cutlery, dishes and a sink. A large, clean bathroom. Owner is a great guy, took me to a couple places on his bike, and gave free drinks. The breakfast is good. I highly recommend this place, the value for money is great.

    Large bedrooms with comfortable beds. House is clean & very centrally located, yet in a very quiet backstreet, which I really appreciated. It was good to have a kitchen with a kettle and a fridge. There was hot water and good pressure, as well as air con. Happy with my stay, it's a great value for money
