We had a lovely stay here. Although remote, it was conveniently located for Landmannalaugar, Hella and the surrounding area. You need a 4x4 to access via gravel roads, but then that is what makes the place so special (gravel roads were well maintained when compared to the highlands - photo in review). Photos do not accurately represent the cottages... They are much nicer in person!

We had an unforgettable stay at the cabin in Iceland. Everything was absolutely perfect! The cabin provided everything that we needed for a comfortable stay, and its cozy atmosphere made it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring Iceland. Moreover, the cleanliness was impeccable. Additionally, the kitchen was fully equipped, with everything we needed to prepare our meals, making it convenient for us to cook and enjoy homemade dinners. We had a wonderful stay at this unique dome house. The place is quiet, peaceful, and beautifully surrounded by nature, with adorable horses nearby that made the atmosphere even more special. The host was very welcoming, and everything was clean and well-prepared for our arrival. The dome itself was cozy and relaxing, and at night we could enjoy the sky and even a few stars through the clear panels (no aurora during this season, but it must be magical when it appears!). Inside, the accommodation was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed: a microwave, Nespresso machine, small refrigerator, sink, plates, cutlery, and more. It was the perfect combination of comfort and nature, and we left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Iceland.

    This property is situated near Hella, close to the Ring road, a very serene, stunning and peaceful place to stay. The house is quite big with 4 bedrooms including 4 bunk beds. Very well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our stay. We used to get message daily from the property enquiring whether we face any issues ,a very impressive gesture! Highly recommended.
