Family atmosphere, very friendly and welcoming staff, everything in one place, you practically don’t have to leave the accommodation, food was fresh and delicious, our two year old has really enjoyed in the garten with all the children toys. Very friendly hosts, perfect location, very clean. Beautiful property with a nice garden with lots of olive trees. I personally liked that the kitchen was very well equipped. The beach is nice and really close (20 meters and 10 steps away), we did not have the need to go to any other beach, although there are nice beaches around. Would recommend it to friends.

The location is okay, 15min far from Pefkochori. We stayed 5days and never cleaned. Just asked once but the timing was not good - around 11am during we were in the room. The kitchen is not enough because heater is not working well and the drewer of kitchen was broken. There was no any curtain or folding screen even step at bathroom. So, during having shower everywhere is getting wet. The market is closed for shopping.

The location was excellent, as we saw in the pictures. Because the house is not in the city center, it was very quiet. However, by car, it was only a few minutes away from the center were many restaurants and shops were available. The kitchen is very well equipped, very nice bbq, the terrace is spacious and shady, the sea is very close. The owners are very welcoming.

The first line with direct sea view. Private entrance to the sea with sunbeds and flower garden. Comfortable 4 king-size beds like Hilton. A special wine freeze and a fireplace are excellent! Clear blue sea is the best for surfing and beaching time. Fully equipped kitchen and big outside barbecue. Two clean bathrooms. Private sun-protected car parking. Two extra large terraces with the view.

Everything in this accommondation was to our liking. The apartment was clean and beautiful, the decor was fresh and sea inspired. Frontyards view to the seaside was beautiful and the pool area at the backyard was very nice and practical. The rooms were cozy and the beds were comfortable. Showers and aircondition worked very well. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for homecooking and to make brekfast. And the living room was nice area to chill. There was also good sound in the music equipment and a nice tv in every room.

Nice accommodation, very clean and well kept. We stayed here with our 2 daughters (6&8) late October and had a beautiful week. Great villa, very peaceful and great kitchen, pool and BBQ. Our host Kyriakos was very nice and explained us about the surroundings. Even though lots of places were closed after high season, the village (Nea Skioni) had some nice restaurant options still available.
