Everything about this accommodation was fantastic. The hosts were just so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Beds were comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean. The games/breakfast room was great and comfortable to sit in and relax. Parking at the front door. Breakfast is in the games room and has everything you could want - cereal, fruit, bread, eggs and cakes, yoghurt etc. You can use the microwave, Toaster or hob to cook the eggs and we had enough food for lunch too. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone and would definitely stay there again if visiting Kelso. 5 star rating!

Quiet and secluded. Beautifully appointed and spotless. Owner very nice and friendly. The bed was the comfiest I have ever slept in. Lovely touches like tea and coffee and other little things left over to use. Just brilliant all round and the friendliest dogs you can imagine.

The place was very clean and spacious. It easily fit the 5 of us and an extra kid or two would still find a place to sleep. Two bathrooms and a VERY spacious kitchen/dining/living area. A big patio outside with tables and chairs - the weather was great, so we had our morning coffee outside. You park your car right outside the patio on a designated parking spot - great for hauling your luggage :) Located in a holiday center with its own golf course. Very quiet area, with places to go for a walk, a playground for kids to enjoy and a tavern, which unfortunately we didn't have time to visit. There is a Tassimo coffee machine with a choice of coffee pods. There was milk in the fridge and a loaf of bread with complimentary butter and jams - a very nice welcome pack, especially since we forgot to visit a store on the way. I can definitely reccomend this place - for families and golfers alike.

Really super apartment in the heart of the town. Great views from all windows. Beautifully appointed and equipped. Spacious and comfortable. Good Wi-Fi. Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and lounge. Plenty of hot water and dishwasher. Host left lovely card and bottle of wine for us, really nice touch. Wish our stay had been longer.

Very welcoming hosts, large comfy bed, lots of breakfast options to choose from and the use of the separate annex giving additional space to sit and relax was a bonus. The annex included a large screen telly, comfy chairs, kitchenette and various games like a dartboard and full size snooker table! Top notch accommodation, highly recommended and lovely hosts. Top quality bed and breakfast accommodation, great facilities, friendly welcoming hosts. Plenty of choice for breakfast & the kitchenette, TV games room annex a bonus, especially as we watched the Euros. Highly recommended.

The place was so cosy, homely and well equipped. The heating was great, the kitchen and dining/lounge were large without being pretentious. Washer, dryer and dishwasher all worked well. Gas stove top. Nice biscuits on arrival. Had a historical feel, but with comfortable renovations. Great location just off the main square. Good, if small, pubs and somevyummy meals out.

The layout of the flat was good spotlessly clean nice comfy bed lots of room even with the slopeing ceiling plenty of hot water enough kitchen utensils to make breakfast etc would suggest a sharp knife be added to the cutlery the stairs to the flat are manageable but not if you are unsteady on your feet when we return we would like to try middle or bottom flat

Very spacious main room. Very comfortable king bed & pillows. Well equipped kitchen. Powerful shower. Excellent communication from owner. Towels were provided which was very welcome as with it being self catering, we weren't expecting them & we weren't equipped. Small wardrobe with fan, hairdryer & iron/ironing board included.
