It was perfect quite compact but very comfortable for two people, with great location, loved the little seating area at back of property, bed was comfortable and immaculately clean as were the towels, Appartment has everything washer, cooker fridge/freezer, tv WiFi, fan, throw overs hairdryer and much more! The welcome pack was the best we've ever had, milk, beer, wine, cereal, biscuits etc, The hosts rob & jade, are lovely nothing to much trouble very friendly, and obviously put a lot of hard work and thought into peoples needs while away on holiday, we were able to park our motorbike in enclosed yard which was a bonus over all an amazing little gem we will definitely be staying again

Property was clean and equipped with everything you would need for a stay away from home. Located not too far from Hornsea. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again. Host was very welcoming. We loved the little bird feeder on the window upstairs… had little birds popping in for a feed early morning. Nice touch with fresh flowers downstairs.

2nd time we have stayed here. Very convenient for the town. Very clean and comfortable. Allowed us to stay just one night. We traveled by train; was very close to station. If you did come by car great to have a secure parking space. Would definitely recommend and will use again when we come to Beverley to visit family.

    very lucky find for our stay for our daughter's wedding. Top of the range kitchen and bathroom fittings, whole apartment was finished to a very high standard. Felt like a boutique hotel! Having parking was very convenient too. Host was easy to contact and very responsive to questions. Would definitely recommend. Might not suit all travellers due to stairs to access but was not a problem for us.
