It was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel!
It was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel! It had very little toilet paper in the bathroom and the refrigerator didn't work. There was mold in the bathroom. The room and hotel itself was rundown and not kept up. They charged us $150 for damage that was done by previous customer that stayed there and won't refund it. Poor housekeeping. Hallway had horrible smell to it. Seemed more like a homeless shelter.

Great location and clean rooms. However I thought I booked a room with a balcony but instead got a sliding door with enough space to stand outside but that's it. Not what I would consider a balcony.

Great for our first visit to Phoenix - 10 min from Annual...
Great for our first visit to Phoenix - 10 min from Annual Spring Ostrich Festival at Chandler's Tumbleweed Park -- wonderful, safe, clean family event with MANY rides, Alaskan pig races and of course ostriches, plus really good concerts at the amphitheater in the evening. Also made a stop at the Old West Cactus Farm just nw of Phoenix - 32 acres of well-priced selections - great place to learn too. And ran out of time to do all the antiquing we wanted -- highly recommend Chandler's Merchant Square for antiques along with other places. Never got to the Crayola Crayon Experience but kids might like that too.

Beautiful, clean ,safe ,upscale ,romantic, ivisited a little ways away from chandler but I promise I'm glad I stayed there and will always stay there no matter were I visit in phoenix absolutely ❤️ loved it

Chandler is beautiful.
Chandler is beautiful. We will hold fond memories of our family gathering for the wedding of our young couple. We used the Chandler Community Center and it was a wonderful venue. The staff there were so pleasant and helpful.

Great location! Plenty of dining options. It was beautiful inside - even though you had to walk up flight of stairs. I think it was meant for the younger generation. Nice couch, but I couldn't sit on it. I need support as well as a place to elevate my right leg. I sat at the table with my foot on a chair. The bedrooms could use another TV - at least in the master. I wouldn't have to watch sports. And finally the beds. For my old body, I need support and I found the beds too soft. Younger people probably wouldn't have the problem.EdwardUnited States
