Comfortable and fully equipped flat in a lovely location. Walking out of the flat right into the old town street. A view of the restaurant, the shop. One could sit for a long time and enjoy these views. Around midday the tide was out and you could observe the seafood fishermen at their work. Very good contact with the hostess (Guilhermina). Hassle-free check-in and check-out (code for the locker). You have to drive around a bit and look for a parking space - I recommend in the street by the river, from there it's a walk of about 3 minutes to the flat. We are very satisfied and would be happy to return.

An extremely charming ‘local Portuguese’ town with many excellent restaurants on the Tagus river estuary across the vasco de gama bridge from Lisbon. an easy jaunt by car or by the ferry at Montijo. This is a lovely relaxing village, not a place for nightlife and excitement; for that you have to go to lisbon. With that said, the bartenders at Pelourinho make a great Manhattan!JohnUnited States

Madalena, the bartender, was so excellent and friendly that I felt like I was leaving family when we had to leave! The parking was easy. We found a space right in front of the hotel. It is in an area that is not too busy but there was a great bakery a quick walk down the street. We only stayed one night before flying home so I can't speak for things to do in the area but the hotel was fantastic!

Alcochete is a pretty small town with a great view of Lisbon across the water. Deluxe room is spacious with a seating area at the end of the bed and lovely window seats overlooking a garden. This is my go-to accommodation when I need to be near Lisbon.

You need a car for sure but within minutes you’re in Montijo which has the Alegro forum and minutes to the outlet mall in Alcochete. Driving distance to 4-5 major supermarkets. And the Hosts were wonderful and attentive. Can’t wait to visit again !
