Super nice and traditional transilvanian hotel with an outstanding view on the castle Bran. We had the wear wolf room, it was just amazing, super cozy and properly spooky at the same time 👻🌄👌

Bacau is an interesting place, surrounded by lovely countryside. The traffic in the town centre can be very congested at times and seems to be a total free for all with every driver making up their own rules !

An ordinary city in Romania.
An ordinary city in Romania.
Wouldn't put it on my map to visit it .
The surroundings might be of interest but I really cannot testify to that nor against as I only stayed in the city.
Beautiful girls / women ( as I married one from Bacau and visiting for the past 9 years ), a few good places to eat out, a few clubs. So there might be some night life.
Use it as a base would make sense.

Bacau has an airport so that is why most people go, it is not a bad place to spend a couple days, the people are friendly enough prices are not too high and then you can drive somewhere else. Like Onesti, a 30 mile drive south to see where Nadia Comaneci was born.

I thought Bacau is a beautiful city.
I thought Bacau is a beautiful city. The Christmas lights were amazing. The town is very active. Lots of people out and about but minding their own business unless you ask for help. I loved the small food shops. The food was excellent. Things are about 200-300% less expensive than in America. Very nice city.

Deserted big city, nothing much to do there except for few museums. All people seem to have nothing else better to do than to follow you around and listen to your conversations... just business there, nothing else!
The place has a great feel to it. A large lounge with high ceilings, with a glass wall and an easy flow to the bedroom. From the terrace you can see a typical communist flat complex (I'm quite nostalgic about them) but distant enough to feel you have privacy, with the city lights in the background and a glimpse of the hills surrounding the city - all next to the small neighbourhood church. The host is helpful and approachable, will book it every time I need a place in Bacau.
Would you like to spend some time in Bacau City, Romania and you don't have where? C&C Residence Hotel Bacau is the best place. A very nice and worm place where to stay, 10 minutes walk to the city center, good value for money, very clean room, super continental breakfast, and the staff and their services deserves five golden stars. Thank you for all your services.
Kind regards.
Since I arrived very late at night, I couldn't catch breakfast in the morning and when I called the reception, they kindly understood and sent a special free breakfast to my room. omelette, coffee, fruit and everything. Also, they gave me a great suite with a free upgrade. Hotel staff are very friendly and polite people, sincere and genuinely polite people who love their jobs.
Is a little hotel with only 7 rooms. They have an interior garden and a small restaurant where you feel comfortable and you will enjoy the beautiful surroundings.Everything shows good taste and quality. Also their ballroom is great. I imagine it will be very pleasant to participate in a event hosted in this location.
The hotel is very clean. The rooms are very large and some have balconies. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast has lots of options. The spa area is great and the massage couple are kineto-therapeuts students and are doing a wonderful job. The entire personnel is friendly and helpful.
The room and establishment was well over my expectations, even well over some of the most prestigious, far more expensive hotels in town.
Particularly liked the private parking.
Host was friendly and very helpful.
Very clean, and large bedroom and bathroom.
The staff was extremely helpful and they accommodated our request at the best possible - with many thanks from our side. Location is also very good. I would truly recommend the hotel to my friends and we will definitely return to it whenever needed.
The location was very good, close to the bus station
The apartment was very clean and cozy and the fireplace was a nice addition
It's also right near the Bistrita river
The host was welcoming and helpful
The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and the staff was really kind. The hotel is not far from the train station and there is a direct bus to the airport right next to it.
An excellent location to relax, to isolate from the daily job routine with a lot of facilities and excellent cuisine.
If I will return to Bacau I will book Karo Hotel again, for longer.
