This is our third stay in Cocoa Beach but our first at this hotel and we loved it. Our beach facing room was worth the small upgrade fee and the room was very spacious and clean. Great having the living area as well as the bedroom side. Located right on the beach with sunbeams and surf boards to hire. Lots of restaurants close by and the pier just opposite. The pool was great too.

We stayed at this hotel the night before our cruise so if you are trying to plan the same type of stay here is some info I think will be useful. We took an Uber to the hotel from MCO ( $68 and took maybe 40 min). The hotel provides a shuttle to your cruise port ( $15/ person). There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance from the hotel. From fast food to “nice” restaurants, you won’t have a problem walking to get food. There is also a grocery store that’s an easy walk from the hotel ( maybe 6-7 minutes )for things you may have forgotten for your cruise. The beach is also an easy walk away ( maybe two blocks). The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. While it’s not new and doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of a new hotel, as a place to rest and get organized the night before your cruise it is an absolute no brainer for the price and location. If I were coming to cocoa beach for a week this is the first place I would try to stay because of what you get for the money.

A beach town that makes you wanna soak up the sun and surf some waves. Many interesting restaurants and amenities with friendly staff. I loved the beachy relax vibe. Also, it appeared to be dog friendly; wished I knew this to bring my pup! We loved "Salty Sisters bar and grill", we enjoyed both the food and the ambiance; very laid back. Getting around was easy but you do need to have a car for transportation. Definetely bring a mosquito repellent and sunblock! We did the Bioluminescent kayaking and should've done more research about best locations and time for these, we did not see many comb jelly glow and worse I developed an allergic dermatitis to something in the water. Lastly, we visited the "Kennedy Space Center" and one day was enough to see the facilities (though I am not a space enthusiast).

I wouldn't recommend this hotel as it is an older and unkept facility. The room was dirty and not properly cleaned. The bed sunk low and was in need of a new mattress. Old furniture and furnishings in the room. Lamp wasn't working and tv remotes with no back to hold batteries. They had to be replaced.

I was only at the hotel one night and it was awful.
I was only at the hotel one night and it was awful. We stayed because it was a short drive to the port. Will not stay again. We had dinner at IHOP, it was not that great. After check-out, we had breakfast at McDonald's. It was as expected. We didn't visit any lical sites.
Our room was in the tower, oceanfront. You really have to be careful when you book though. There are several buildings and the ocean front tower is the only one that is actually on the water. The rest are a lot older and a little run down though perfectly fine for a night or two before a cruise, etc. The breakfast was good both mornings. The beach is fantastic and it is literally right next to Cocoa Beach Pier. There are a few restaurants in walking distance and Publix is across the street, Walmart is a 10 min drive.
The location is close to the main road into Cocoa Beach, and it is just a few miles from the cruise port. It is also close to bus stops, beach and store. The owner of the property was accessible at all times and were very communitive. I was able to reach them via text and email. The beach house has lots of room with a full kitchen, living area with a large TV, 2 bedrooms, laundry room and bathroom. Also, has a screened in porch with a BBQ grill. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, a dishwasher and pots and pans.
Location was fantastic, lovely beach, walking distance to a cluster of bars and restaurants, particularly Coconuts on the Beach. It was exactly as we expected an old Florida beachfront room to be, but as a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen and 2 sitting areas and spacious closets, it's great value for a family. The value is exceptional for beachfront. There's only one 2-bedroom - the others are single rooms.
My room was changed by the hotel. I called the hotel directly to ask if I could change the reservation to two nights and was told they tried but were unable. I believe that was when I lost the oceanfront. I found out upon arrival and no price change either. They insisted I had done this on the booking site. Not true. My room instead faced the resort I last stayed in with my deceased Mom and brother.

The hotel is close to everything, shopping, the beach, restaurants. Staff was outstanding. Had a suite and it was nice to have 2 separate rooms. They don't have a pool, but they have a "sister " hotel just about a block away that you can swim at. It needs updating, but it was a good place to stay.
Looks like the motels that dotted the Florida beaches back in the day. Small motel and upgraded rooms with great access to beach, short distance to restaurants and hotel row. Quiet area and basically feel like you have the expansive beach area to yourself away from crowds. Will go back again
Love all the amenities! Close to cocoa beach, fun swimming, love they let you use surf boards, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, etc for free!! Beds comfortable and room was perfect for our family! Live music while swimming was awesome and walking distance to yummy restaurants and shops!
The location of the hotel was just across the street from the beach very easy to access and also plenty of nearby stores and food. The lazy river was clean, good temperature and plenty of tubes offered. The breakfast had a lot of options to choose from and staff were helpful and kind.
We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach, mineral pool, and breakfast. The view from our hotel was great. We could see the beautiful palm trees, pool, & ocean during the day. The drive was definitely worth it from Ohio after our flights got canceled at the last minute.
Location was great for exploring Cocoa beach.
Short drive to the pier, plenty of food options nearby along with supermarket etc.
Friendly staff. Simple check in and check out.
Room was ideal for a couple of nights for my family.
Pool was clean and heated.
Loved the old fashioned motel on the beach feel and this area (not big high rise hotels around here). Nice having a kitchen and good tv. The staff are all lovely. Price decent. Will definitely come back again.
We loved being near the ocean and the landscaping of the property. And it was within close driving distance to the many restaurants in downtown Cocoa Beach. The other guests were pleasant and helpful.
great location in Cocoa Beach, cozy, clean and quiet..when you stay on a small property like this with such attention to detail you really don’t want to go back to large chain hotels
