We loved our stay here!! The room was very spacious and clean, the layout was super convenient, and the design and colour scheme is beautiful! Made it feel very relaxing and cozy. Lighting was just right, and the window was a good size for natural sunlight. The beds were SUPER comfortable and to my liking. The best part though was the bathroom; very spacious, modern design, and very clean. This was our first time in a ryokan style hotel and thought it was the perfect mix of traditional style with modern amenities. We were very very happy with our stay here and will be coming back to stay again. Location is not bad either; short walk to nearest train station, the red brick warehouse, and other tourist spots.

We loved the traditional Japanese feel of accomodation whilst having an abundance of modern amenities (bathroom amenities, replacement towels and bottled water, hairdryer, curler and straightener, coffee and kettle, mini fridge). The accommodation was very clean and well maintained and our party of 4 (two adults and two teenage boys) enjoyed being the only guests. Use of the sauna was lovely of an evening during the winter and having breakfast included in the lovely modern restaurant downstairs was a great - the choice of either western or Japanese breakfast suited out teenage boys and both options were lovely. The location is close to the local electric rail station and walking distance to an abundance of cafe’s, restaurants and shops as well as the Great Buddha, Hasedera Temple, Goryo Shrine and of course the beach. We loved being immersed in the local neighbourhood whilst being so close to all of the above. The staff were all friendly and attentive would we highly recommend this accommodation.

The hotel was wonderful, we couldn‘t wish for more. The staff was very attentive and helped us with everything. They even picked us up and brought us back to the train station and drove us to a nearby sightseeing spot without extra charge. The food was delicious and the service was excellent! Great location next to a small park where locals were having their hanami blossom parties. Comfy futons . Excellent support from staff and little touches like snacks, tea, toothbrush etc in the rooms.
