The location was extremely quiet and it was in a lovely neighbourhood, the beds were very comfortable. There was space to park one car and the washing machine was very handy.

This place is a must stay if you are spending the night in the magical Miyajima Island. It's a traditional japanese inn with everything you need and more, it's a short walk from the ferry station and far from the crowds, but the hotel also provides a shuttle bus for guests that is super covenient. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very peaceful view of the sea and the cute deers, and with futon beds that were really comfortable. The food was really good, both dinner and breakfast. I highly recommend to get these meals, not only for the whole experience but also for the convenience since the places in the city closes very early. The hotel also have an onsen, for women and men, ping pong table, hammock and a souvenir shop. Also I cannot forget to mention about the amazing and kind staff, from the reception to the drivers that took us to the city thank you so much for everything. We wished we have stayed one more day to enjoy more this place.

Jukeiso and his stuff is perfect in every way. I felt more than welcomed and more than special. Stuff is so nice, so kind and dinner and breakfast … God bless all these hands which prepared this food. Itadakimasu.

The staff were exceptional. They provided expert advice and assistance with everything from restaurant bookings to luggage transfers. The hotel is stunning with amazing views of the sea and Torii gate. We upgraded on the second day to a bigger room with a temple view and it was really worth it. The staff were so helpful in this regard. The restaurant was very good. The rooftop terrace was amazing with stunning views. The private bean bag rest areas were perfect for our teenagers to chill out. I would highly recommend this hotel. Miyajima is so beautiful with so much to see and do, and a great location for a day trip to Hiroshima.

The sea facing room is truly worth it. The room is really big and spacious, which surprised us from our other stays in Japan. The beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Amazing location, right by the ferry station.

Beautiful location, and exceptional property! The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming! If you want to experience exceptional hospitality and immerse yourself in Japanese traditions and culture I can just recommend it!

Reopened in April 2014 after renovations, Miyajima Morinoyado offers comfortable guest rooms and a spacious public bath.

The classic Ryokan vibe was super cool. The traditional meals were excellent and the service was great. The location was perfect, peaceful even during the day. Amazingly quiet and beautiful in the evening. There's a shuttle to/from the ferry terminal but it's just a 20 minute easy beautiful walk if necessary.
