Everything was incredible! From the quality of the stay, the food, the comfort, amenities, refreshments, the details (dimbare lights and a music box). We loved everything about our stay at Utaimachi. Staff was polite and helpful since our arrival. Room was amazing with everything we needed, very clean. Breakfast was western stlye, but nice.

The authenticity of the place, it is a beautiful tradition Japanese house. There is also a private onsen in the bathroom. Women who work there were so lovely, so friendly. We had also traditional breakfast and I am vegetarian and they accommodated the meals for me. There is also a coffee shop in the establishment and they have great coffee with delicious cakes.
