This is definitely a hidden gem. You get good value for money, the staff is so sweet, and the breakfast is superb. We stayed for three nights and would always come back.

Tucked down an alley so pretty quiet but close to everything and a comfortable room, with fresh fruit supplied daily. What makes it special are the staff - Rosie, Ryan and Linda particularly looked after us during the stay. Highly recommend and wish we could have stayed longer

Very friendly helpful staff, great location close to imperial city, beautiful comfortable room and lovely pool. A very warm welcome on arrival and amazing breakfast as well. Only stayed one night, wish it was longer.

Hue Serene Palace Hotel is strategically located within 1 km from the famous Huong River and Trang Tien Bridge. It features modern rooms equipped and offers free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, making it convenient to explore the area. The breakfast was delightful, with an amazing buffet that offered a wide variety of fresh fruits – my favorite! While the buffet was great, I wish there had been an option to order from a separate menu as well. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, especially with arranging my airport transfer from Danang. They made the process seamless, and the warm hospitality truly stood out. The room was immaculate and spacious, with a beautiful bathroom featuring a luxurious shower. Everything I needed was provided, including coffee and other amenities. The decor was tasteful, adding to the overall comfort and experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, service, and fantastic breakfast. I would definitely stay here again! Situated Hue’s city centre, Indochine Palace offers spacious and modern accommodation with free WiFi. Outdoor pool, large parking & 24h Front desk are some of the facilities available. A really 5 star hotel at all levels: extraordinary kind and helpful stall in all its instalations: fantastic restaurant where i had also lunch and dinner which i really enjoyed. Spa and massage were of high quality, too. Room was enourmous and beautiful with a little balcony with a fantastic view! All a 10!! Thank you, Indochina Palace and a special thanks to your amazing staff!!! Didnt want to leave!
