We had a little glitch when we booked but the cruise line were fantastic and we got the room we wanted. They even threw in a bottle of wine to have on the back deck of our suite on the cruise ship. Everything was incredible from the jetted tub, large room, awesome linens, food which was superbly cooked and presented to the outings kayaking, cave hike, squid fishing. The general manager, Tim was available 24/7 and always with a smile and Kelvin the banquet manger did a fantastic job with our meals. They were both was so knowledgeable and gracious as were all the staff. We met some lovely people and could not have asked for a better time after travelling all over SEA for the past 6 months. It was the most relaxed we have been in a long time.

My husband and I enjoyed the beautiful ship ,the bedroom with its amazing views were incredible. I enjoyed the bath and watching the lovely rock formations of the bay. Our food was lovely and thanks to our special waiter Tim who looked after us . Especially me as he made sure I didn't get shrimp in any of my meals as I am allergic. Was a nice way to end off our holiday through Vietnam before heading home.

Win was a superb host with great energy! While the activities tend to be the same across the cruises, having Win around make the trip more fun! I also need to mention the food, with several courses of fresh local dishes. Yum!

For the second time, we have taken "a moment to breathe" at Paradise Suites. Travelling is hard work and when you're meant to be on holidays and resting, Ha Long is a great place to just stop for a minute. This hotel is not in Ha Long City, it is on the harbour from where the cruises leave. It is exquisitely appointed and offers a fantastic restaurant for dinner. Breakfasts are included in your booking and are a full buffet, with a chef cooking eggs made to order. When you're ready, one of the staff will drive you down to the private infinity pool and private beach, where again chilled drinks and nibbles will be delivered to you. There are very few people staying on this island area and so there is no noise, no rush, no one trying to sell to you, just peace and quiet. The beds are exceptional and the rooms are beautiful with fantastic lighting for all your needs (reading lights and ambient). The staff are wonderful, reception communicate quickly, Phương (F&B coordinator) and the restaurant staff can truly not do enough for you. Take a moment, you won't beat this place.

The boat was maintain in extremely good condition, the rooms we got were beyond expectations and beautiful. The staff was incredibly courteous and friendly. The food served throughout the cruise was superb and extremely tasty.
