Great location at the edge of the Old Quarter, but in a quiet street (for Hanoi). Very picturesque street, with great food and coffee places nearby. The hotel is a bit old but very clean. The staff were impeccable, young, incredibly helpful, and very driven towards our satisfaction. Will stay again next time I'm in Hanoi.

The hotel is located in the center and everything is so close. Very clean and big room in a quiet area. Breakfast has a big variety and was delicious. Appreciated the upgrade of our room as a family with no cost. Linda helped us to organize successfully all the excursions and activities. Thanks a lot to Linda and hotel staff that following cancelation of Halong Bay 2 day trip due to bad weather worked to find a solution for our accommodation as there was not available room in this hotel at that day. Much appreciated the professionalism, kindness and all the efforts to make us feel comfortable and happy!

My stay at Bella Premier Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are comfortable and neatly arranged. Considering its price, the service is excellent and the location is extremely convenient — truly outstanding! All the staff are friendly and very helpful, and they deserve all the appreciation. Special thanks to Mr. Roger at the reception for his great professionalism and constant smile, which made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. A truly memorable experience, and I look forward to coming back again.
