We loved our cottage ,so clean and nearby everything. Kitchen w Mr Coffee maker plus coffee for next morning was perfect. As was the super clean fridge and bathroom. Appreciated the quiet.

Lovely Erica at reception. Voldy at the pool always had a smile- extra towels, sunscreen. Tennis court has pickleball lines too. In pristine condition. Easy sign up sheet. Change over/ room care teams are thorough and efficient. With crisp white cotton sheets. Pillows are soft. Ice machine working well. Grounds beautifully maintained. Lovely new logos and stickers - little touches do matter. Just look at how many guests are repeat customers - that says it all.

The Manor was beautiful, even better than the pictures. We also thought that the little apartment was perfectly laid out, great use of space. It had everything we needed and more, even a small dishwasher and full size fridge. Very nicely updated for the age of the building. Especially loved the older woman at the front desk (think her name was Emily??). Not only was she unbelievably friendly but also helped us plan out a couple days of site seeing suggestions and driving route that was most scenic. we actually change our plans and took the ferries to the north fork; so glad we did. worked out beautifully and cut down on several hours of driving.

The ocean was so close we caught the sunrise — one of those moments that stay with you. The room was bright and spotless, and the staff were warm and discreet — exactly what great hospitality should be. It’s the kind of place you want to come back to — peaceful, genuine, with the sound of waves instead of an alarm clock.

We were visiting from the UK and travelling around The Hamptons and beyond for 2 weeks. We booked this on a whim for 2 nights whilst out there and wasn't sure what to expect - but oh my goodness you will not be disappointed! The rooms are spacious and clean, we had a table and 2 chairs outside of our entrance door overlooking the outdoor pool and a fabulous private balcony at the back with comfortable patio furniture/tables and chairs etc. This hotel is situated on the beach so the access is very quick via a private walkway (2 minute walk from our room) and there is a little hut on the way down with a lovely friendly Jamaican gentleman who provides towels and takes you down to the loungers and helps you set up your parasol on the beach etc) There is also water and cups provided at the hut free of charge. We stayed at a different beachfront hotel prior to our arrival here, and wish we had found this one first.

Situated on 5 acres of landscaped grounds, this hotel is within a 5-minute walk or less from the high-end shops and restaurants of East Hampton Village. It features an outdoor pool and a tennis court.... This facility is exceptionally clean. The room was very large with a good view. It had a separate room with dining table, 4 chairs and pullout couch. High quality furniture. A very enjoyable visit.
