Just be careful of the stairs if you have a suitcase, it can be a bit of a hassle to drag it to the upper floors :)

They also provided fresh milk from Taitung and homemade soy milk for breakfast. Amazing experience and will definitely come back if I visit Taitung again. ;)

We liked its high ceiling and the big balcony. The residence is not close to downtown but it wasn't too bad because we knew how to take the buses to travel around. The owner was friendly and nice. He bought breakfast every morning, which was just a very simple meal but tasty (too bad that there wasn't any fresh coffee provided). Overall, it was a very quiet and pleasant stay.

Guests can also relax in the garden. Mr Zhen and his family are simply the loveliest people you could hope to meet. Very kind and welcoming, they could teach anyone a thing or two about hospitality. The breakfast Mrs Zhen made was incredible. One of the best meals I've ever had anywhere. In our 4 weeks of travel in Taiwan and Japan this was hands down the best place.
