Only 1 km from the centre of Maribor, the Črni Baron Pension Black Baron is located in Malečnik, 20 metres from a bus stop. Very nice hosts, greeted us with schnapps. Family rooms have an upstairs with 2 single beds and separate bathroom. Downstairs is a queen and 2nd bathroom. Nice linens. Small refrigerator in room. Wonderful breakfast. Apples and water to go! The meal in the restaurant was also good comfort food and huge portions.

The appartment is very spacious and modern. There was a kitchen as well as a refrigerator, a balcony, a living room, two bathrooms and two bedrooms for us two. The location is just perfect, inside the main square. Concerning security: Access to the elevator is only possible with the room card and after 22:00 (if I recall correctly) the hotel doors are locked can be opened with the room card, too. The staff was very helpful. We were offered an optional breakfast but we did not try it.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Pets are allowed, there is a night door if you need to take them outside and a huge field with a nice path for walks away from the road.

Hotel Arena menikmati lokasi yang indah di kaki bukit Pohorje, berdekatan dengan cerun ski dan dikelilingi oleh alam semula jadi. Ia berjarak 10 minit pemanduan dari pusat bandar Maribor. Great room, spacious, very clean, there was a complementary small bottle of water in the room well received. We arrived late around 1.35 Am, they have 24h reception open. We stayed there one night 25-26 aug and returned on way back home 30-31 aug second stay we had a great room large at 3rd floor first night it was last room available in the attic, to small...but great bathroom :). Great breakfast we enjoyed it only on first stay. Second stay we slept, and we had late check out... really really appreciate it. We will come back!
