Hotel Kristal is interconnected with an underground passage that leads to the indoor pools. The front desk staff are THE BEST! They helped me with a million questions, were so kind and welcoming every time I stopped by, and we're just overall some of the best, most welcoming hotel staff I've ever interacted with! The hotel itself has lovely old charm and is ornate and gorgeous, but the rooms are still modern and updated. I was in a room by the elevator but didn't even notice the noise. I had a delightful view onto the courtyard. The spa and wellness area is fantastic with many different options, both for pools and for services. I was able to book 2 services at the last minute, and they were lovely and reasonably priced. Breakfast was FANTASTIC. A great buffet with a variety of selections. I was just sad I'm not very hungry in the mornings so I couldn't eat more.

Located in Novo Mesto, Hotel Center Novo Mesto features air-conditioned rooms and guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Certain rooms have a seating area where you can relax. Clean and comfortable. Staff polite. Great location in very center of the town. Great breakfast. Would come back definitely. We came with a baby and a stroller, our room was on a third floor with no elevator. Although we said we don't need help, staff helped with carrying everything for us. They always checked how we like our stay and if we need anything. ❤️

Hotel has that athmosphere of an old mountain lodge restaurant which is something quite unique for Slovenia and this region of Europe. I was satisfied with premises and every service it had to offer. Room and bathroom are spaceous and functional. Location was the best possible. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Hotel has quite large and free parking which was perfect since I came with my long minivan. Staff extremly proffesional, polite and helpful. Prices are very attractive, so every guest should leave very satisfied. Next time I'll come back with friends and/or family. Every recommendation!

Located in Dolenjske Toplice, 150 metres from the city thermal baths centre, Rooms & Restaurant Ostarija offers free WiFi access and a restaurant. The accommodation has great value for money. We loved it there. There is a restourant and a caffe bar in the house and the food was delicious. Staff is also very easy to talk to and they are charming people. The whole place has a great enegry and is really cute.

Very pleasant place, next to the highway. Ideal as a break on a longer journey. We had a late check-in and it was not a problem. The host waited for us, for which we are very grateful.
