If you get there early they will let you store your luggage and as soon as the room is available they let you know . The manager Andrea and his wife Paula were very helpful , friendly and made sure we had the best time . I definitely will be coming back to Mancora beach hotel again . I strongly recommend it if you visit Mancora .

Also, the facilities are very clean, the staff is very attentive with people.
