Just 300 metres from the lakefront of Waipahihi Bay, Little Haven offers an outdoor swimming pool and a hot tub. The self-contained apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen and a flat-screen TV. Guests enjoy a children's playground and a games room. We liked the room we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom family room, there were lots of things on site for the kids to enjoy, especially the pool. The hosts could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. The Little Haven was close enough to everything we wanted, including a takeaway and a small grocery shop. All of the facilities were modern and new. A great place to stay at a reasonable price if you are in Taupo.

Waterfront Apartments Whitianga has commanding sea views for all apartments and is located opposite Buffalo Beach. It is a 2-minute walk from the town centre and guests have a 5 minute walk to the Lost Spring geothermal pools. Additionally, the property offers discounts at select local restaurants and activities. Amazing views. Lovely apartment with tasteful furnishings. Easy Access to the beach and to the town. We hated to leave.!

Tairua Shores Motel enjoys a harbourside location close to the Tairua Wharf, and it takes 2 minutes to drive to the town center or a 10-minute beach walk overlooking Mt Paku and Tairua Harbour. It offers barbecue facilities, laundry services, free on-site parking, free WiFi access, beach towels and shovels. Nicely laid and close to everything we did as well as a 3 minute walk to bakery if you wanted to grab easy food on the way to your activities. The room was very spacious and it was quiet.
