Free shuttle to airport and National Park. I had a nice surprise on return from our morning excursion , they decorated my room with Birthday cards and balloons and a towel birthday cake on the bed as well as a chocolate birthday cake too !! All the excursions booked through the hotel start from within the hotel and with lunch and snack and a smaller group. The price is more expensive than the excursions from the National Park but it is definitely worth it.

Would highly recommend. You have to go to the information center, which is very close by foot, to book Bako national park and they will also give you the right information for your need.
