Certain units at the property have a balcony with pool view. The hotel is located in the historic center of Merida, and couldn’t be in a better location to explore. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and was cleaned well every morning (even when we accidentally brought lots of sand!). The breakfast is freshly cooked to order every morning and the owner, Tom, couldn’t be happier to share incredible recommendations for restaurants, cenotes, ruins, and anything you could want to do on the peninsula. The pool is warm and very clean and they have a small pool bar which we didnt get to experience (because we came during the lowest tourist season). We couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

We had a fabulous stay at La Piazzetta, the hotel is beautiful, clean and has a lot of charm! It's really well situated so we could do most of the city by foot. Leo, María and Augustin are fantastic hosts and we felt very welcome. Leo is super knowledgeable about the area and gave us the best tips for Merida and around, and even for the rest of our trip, we discovered many hidden cenotes thanks to him :) A thousand times recommend!
