This place is simply amazing: great spacious design villas in the jungle with amazing bathrooms and lovely patios. The restaurant food is great. The walking tour in the jungle was an unforgettable amazing experience. The pier on the lake is relaxing and peaceful and no boats are passing so very quiet.

Everything was perfect, super friendly staff. Two blocks away from the lake. Spacious rooms and super clean.

Super quiet hotel, great to rest and chill in wonderful bacalar. the hotel it's family owned, which is always very nice, and was very clean. 10 minutes walk to the centre of town and 2 great cafes for morning breakfast.

The location is the best location in the lake, is pacefull, the color of the water is unique. If you want to be close to Bacalar (town) it could be a bit far (we recommend to rent a car)

The room was fantastic and comfortable and all the staff (front desk, domestic staff, and restaurant staff) were extremely nice and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in Chet.
