This hotel is located next to the Simpson Bay Beach. Hilton Vacation Club Flamingo Beach Sint Maarten offers a restaurant, infinity-edge pool and fully functional operational water sports and activity center, and three separate beaches. Free Wi-Fi is available in the business center, as well as free parking on site. Lovely beaches and surrounded by restaurants minutes away from the hotel. The walk was hilly but it was lovely.

The rooms offer free Wi-Fi, seating area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Some rooms may have balconies with sea views. All rooms have air conditioning as well and maid services are offered daily.
Beautiful location with lots of amenities including on site departure for activities we wanted like snorkeling and other island trips. Our villas were well furnished with everything we needed and very comfortable; nice to have full kitchens. Lots of good restaurants at the resort and also appreciated the market to buy groceries. Nice beach. Enjoyed some evening music entertainment. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved everything about the resort!

Just 0.6 miles from Baie Rouge Beach, one of the most beautiful beach of the islands, Hommage Hotel & Residences is located in Baie Netle on the lagoon side and 2 minutes walk from the beach. The hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool and onsite water sports facilities. It was clean everywhere. Pool area is super nice.

Beautiful house with lovely garden and restaurant. Owned by a beautiful and ever so kind couple. If you stay here on Sunday do try the Creole brunch. And if you have time go and visit Friar's beach go and eat there at 978 beach lounge. What a breathtaking view and again with very good food.

We had a wonderful time at The Rock. Clean, private and comfortable. The owners were extremely nice and helpful. Amazing views and the jacuzzi topped the evenings 🌴☀️

You can't beat the location. Simpson Bay Beach is calm and has very few people. Debbie and Doug are amazing hosts. They make your stay very relaxing and peaceful. This was our second time there, and it did not disappoint. We can't wait to go back again!.

Impeccable clean, spacious duplex, decorated with a lot of good taste, great and super well maintained pool, calm residence. Best than in the pictures. Stephanie and Stephane were great hosts, polite and elegant, very responsive to any demand and they are permanently hard working to maintain everything at a very high level and help you relax. I found anything I needed for a stay-in, you cand easy see that hosts thought about every little detail a guest would need for a pleasant stay, like at home. Thank you for best vacation I had lately!
