Marko, the owner of the guesthouse, is a most wonderful host who goes to great lengths to take care of his guests. He really makes you feel welcome. I appreciate that he was willing to get me from the train station and take me back there, plus rescue me when I got lost while hiking. He took me to a private boat tour on the lake, which was the highlight of my stay. The place is nice and clean, and where I stayed, there was a communal kitchen to prepare little food and keep drinks in the fridge.

This boutique hotel is only 60 metres from the Adriatic Sea in the Green Belt area in Susanj, 900 metres from Bar's centre. Free Wi-Fi, luggage storage and 24-hour reception is available. We only stayed one night at this apartment. It is family-owned and they were very nice people. They helped us with everything even though they didnt know English. The room was super clean. We had a good breakfast. I would come back definitely.

The garden is amazing, the terases are also good, and close to the beach, market and taverns. From staff are 2 lady's that didn't spoke english , but Adi was very friendly and helpfully. We were from August 17-24 and was a lot of mosquitos 😬. The beach is close, but small and very full in that period.

Breakfast was included in the price of the room and was served in the open air restaurant downstairs. Staff was kind and welcoming. My room was large and bright, the bed was comfortable, everything was lovely.

Very good value for the price, we had everything we needed. Peaceful and quiet place. All in all exceed our expectations!
