They are also happy to take you on adventure journeys such as going to the jungle farm, having you participated in activities and a walk in the jungle for free. The environment around the rooms was so calm and there was a lot of nature around. Lots of tropical trees and birds. There was a nice lake at the property. There were lots of aquatic wildlife around it. If you are a nature lover, this is the place to stay. The place is close to “Yala national park” and you can get in the safari vehicle at the hotel itself so that you don’t have to take a separate ride to the park.

The staff were so accommodating and kind. They also served the best food we had in Sri Lanka. And on top of it the WiFi was super fast. This was hands down the best hotel we stayed at in Sri Lanka.

Absolutely great place! Big room, big bathroom, nice hot shower and very clean. Perfect location in the rice paddies and close to town. The family and Nilusha is super nice and will do anything to let you have a wonderful stay. Although it is not far, they even drove us by car to the busstation.

They prepared a takeaway breakfast for us—it was so thoughtful and well prepared. Thanks again for that! They also allowed us to check out later because of the safari tour. No other words!🫶🏻🫶🏻

Each room has a private bathroom. Coconut Gardens Hotel & Restaurant features free WiFi . Lovely setting. Very large, spacious and comfortable room. Breakfast was plentiful and a good variety to suit tastes. Dinner was very good also. Staff were very attentive and polite. Pool and surrounding area was clean.
