The Golden Crown Hotel is a 5-star hotel located in Ampitya, Kandy, Srilanka. The Golden Crown Hotel was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my entire trip through Sri Lanka including Colombo, the north, and other regions. The service, friendliness, and atmosphere were absolutely exceptional. Everything felt perfectly balanced professional yet genuinely warm. A few people made the experience truly unforgettable. Dananjaya was always helpful, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. He really made my stay more enjoyable with his positive energy. Mlhirini had such a kind and welcoming presence. She constantly made sure I had everything I needed and was always up for a nice conversation. So caring and attentive. Roshan, the manager, is a truly kind person. Under his leadership, the service was simply outstanding. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sri Lanka. If you’re looking for real hospitality and excellent service, this is the place. I’ll definitely come back!

Located in a lush green and serene environment, Hotel Heladiv is located 6 km away from the SLAF Anuradhapura Airport. Free WiFi access is available. We had such a wonderful stay here. The staff are so lovely and helpful will everything you could need. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable, good aircon and spacious size. The pool area is beautiful and very well maintained. The food was delicious and very well priced. The owner will organise anything you want to do - we did a safari which was amazing and well organised, picked up and dropped back off at the hotel and all tickets etc was sorted for us. The hotel organised amazing tours of Mihintale and the ancient temples with tuk tuk guide named Jaya - make sure to request Jaya as your tour guide! He was very kind and knowledgeable and we had the best time with him touring the beautiful temples.

The owner drove us to the caves and bus station. Recommendations for a safari driver was excellent. Delicious breakfast and evening meal top quality. Very private and quiet location.

Very comfortable, clean and spacious. Family is very friendly and helpful. Owner took me early morning with tuktuk for sunrise climb for small charge. Also I could borrow a bike for free and I strongly recommend biking around the area among the rice fields and lakes.

This has been our favourite stay so far! The location is the absolute best if you are hoping to hike up Pidurangala and Sigiriya Rock. The bed was comfortable, the showers had hot water, the food was delish and the ladies who own and run this homestay are the sweetest and most incredible. She was our Sri Lankan Grandma and took such good care of us. Amazing food and great recommendations! You can just tell how much love and passion they have put into everything. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Offering an outdoor swimming pool and spa centre, Jetwing Lake is set in Dambulla in the Matale District Region, 6 km from Dambulla Cave Temple. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. 2nd visit as a layover. Stayed briefly but everything was good. Expect standard warm jetwing hospitality. Had room service. Really good food. Staff friendly and courteous.
