Buddhist temple berusia 1000 tahun, Shukubo Koya-san Eko-in menawarkan penginapan gaya Jepun, taman yang indah serta Wifi percuma. Just beautiful. The temple is gorgeous and serene. We had the family room with a private bathroom which was clean and a good size for our family. The dinner was perfection and one of the best meals we had in Japan. We wish we had booked for longer.

Located in Koyasan, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, 高野山 宿坊 常喜院 -Koyasan Shukubo Jokiin- offers free private parking. All rooms include a flat-screen TV. the experience is amazing so vivid and the morning praying is something special absolutely worth the visit

Hotel Kirinosato Takahara features outdoor and indoor hot spring baths, only a 2-minute walk from the World Heritage Kumano Kodo Pilgrimage Routes. I enjoyed it a lot! The host is fantastic with a good sense of humor. We really enjoyed the stay there! The food was fantastic. They made perfect adjustments for my food because of my allergy. The view is perfect, we enjoyed the nice pink sunset while having dinner. The homemade plum wine is nice too! Just can’t have enough. After a long day walk, this hotel has everything that I need and surprised me with its warm and friendly staff and high standards.

Located in the sacred Mount Koya area, 高野山 宿坊 桜池院 -Koyasan Shukubo Yochiin- is a historic temple and an accommodation for visitors. Loved our stay here! The room was newly renovated. Clean, modern, and really comfortable. Having our own bathroom was a nice bonus, and everything felt fresh and well taken care of.

This was an excellent stay for me and my family. We missed our bus in Hongu to Kawayu and asked for help from the Kumano Tourist Information Centre. They called the hotel and the manager came right over to pick us up. Both the manager and his sister who was manning the counter were very kind and helpful. The location was wonderful - directly opposite the Onsen river, and next to the bus stand. Food (Dinner and Breakfast) was prepared and delivered freshly according to our time and it was very tasty. Rooms were a bit cold but comfortable. Overall, this was an excellent experience. Highly recommended for anyone considering Kawayu Onsen

Offering tranquil outdoor hot-spring baths with nature views, a Nakai-san personal attendant, karaoke, massages and sumptuous Kaiseki dinners, Yunominesou is a 10-minute walk from Tsuboyu hot spring,... Great ryukan , Best feeling to take a full rest here after days on a trail, Onsen water in this area is one of the best I have experienced in japan. Full course Dinner and Breakfast is just wonderful , Staff and service is amazing !!!

RIght next to the station. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Really good onsen that can be booked - officially 30 minutes per room, but we had a 4 person room and they could help us book a longer timeslot if it wasn't too busy. The whole house is traditionally Japanese and simply beautiful. The hotel also has a little kitchen with a microwave and a vending machine. Very practical!

Located in the sacred Koyasan area, Saizenin offers simple accommodation surrounded by mountains and many temples. Beautiful place, excellent food, fascinating rituals and a luxurious onsen bath too
