A true godsend. Enrico was a fabulous host who went out of his way to make us comfortable and upgraded our room to a newly renovated room with a gorgeous view. The included breakfast was delicious and made to order. He helped us arrange transport for our bags during our hike. There is a delightful Osteria right next to the hotel. Highly recommend.

An elegant hotel in a great location in old Pistoia. The staff are delightful. The breakfast was plentiful, as were the cappuccinos and teas and cookies available throughout the day. Everything was great and totally recommend. In the old centre we were close to so many great restaurants and enjoyed fantastic meals. We also were 15 minutes walk to the train station so we could easily get anywhere we wanted in Tuscany, including to Montecatini Terme for a bike trip and wine tasting. Love!

Elizabete was a very friendly and nice host. The room is as shown in the pictures. Very nice property with back garden. In 5 min walking you cross one of the doors to the historical centre and also the walls, so location is excellent. Also, private parking was extremelly convenient. Breakfast was excellent with fruits, fresh bread and croissant, juice, charcuterie, cheeses, egg. Very complete breakfast. Everyone there is very nice! And if I go back to Lucca I will stay there again.
