One of the best hotels I've been. We loved it! Very beautiful rooms and bathroom. Awesome view of the harbour and sea. Breakfast typically Italian but that's ok. The hotel manager was so nice and super friendly and very helpful :-) We also booked the New Years Dinner at the hotel restaurant "Vela". It was wonderful! They even made a vegetarian menu for us! Very very happy and we will come back! The staff were really attentive and there were good drinks in the mini bar.

Offering a terrace and views of the garden, B&B Sciara Larmisi is located in the City Centre district in Catania, 500 metres from Piazza Duomo and 3 minutes' walk from Piazza Teatro Massimo. A really great place for two or a small family like ours. Great location - close to the airport bus stops (and the airport), the bus stations to Siracusa and Taormina, and at a convenient walking distance from the city centre. The street is busy during the day, but the soundproof windows close out the noise. The rooms have air conditioning, but we didn't use that in February... The building is pretty secure, with two heavy security doors for the entrance and the flat (plus the apartments). The apartments are lovely and spacious, with a cool design, comfy beds, and a lovely and clean bathroom. You even get your own brand-new slippers, so don't bother packing one. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and treat you very well (and they're fluent in English). The buffet breakfast is a wide selection of local delicacies - salamis, cheeses, pastry, jam, eggs, pickled olives and other vegs, buns, but there's also yoghurt, nutella and corn flakes. And fresh fruit, obviously, but no fresh vegs - these simply do not seem to be part of the local cuisine. You can leave your bags for free before and after your stay in a secure place, to which you got your own key - this was a big help for us. Thoroughly recommended.

Everything you could want for a restful stay. Well equipped property. Beautiful pool area. Fantastic breakfast. Enjoyed borrowing a bike and riding along the shore in the morning.

Featuring a sun terrace and free WiFi throughout, Secret B&B is set 500 metres from Trapani Train Station. Trapani Airport is a 25-minute drive away. Hospitality was excellent and the area is nice and quiet. A very good family run establishment.
