Wonderful hotel! This is my second stay in the Florence hotel and I'll happily return again! Beautiful hotel in a very central location, very kind and helpful staff. Reach breakfast and a great restaurant. The rooms are beautiful, specious and very clean. I was lucky to have a room with a lake view. Wonderful experience, highly recommended! Set in the centre of Lecco, Villa del Cigno has a peaceful location even thought it is just 800 metres from the main square. The building itself was really nice, more traditional looking, but with well-equipped rooms and really comfortable. Staff was friendly and nice. Check-in was flexible and with very good instructions.

This property with its office, breakfast room with terrace, restaurant with beautiful patio close to the lake was quite magical. We could not have asked for a better reception.

This hotel offers everything what you would like to have to be looked after. We are very experienced travellers and used to stop in different hotels and being in Hotel Du Lac & SPA we felt like we stopped in a 5 stars hotel. Everything was beyond our expectations. The location was very good and the views the hotel offers were gorgeous. Our room was always super clean. The breakfast had excellent variety and the staff was caring and helpful. I would like particularly to thank Ganga for looking after me, her attention to my wishes. All receptionists were extremely helpful as well and very friendly but Sara was just amazing. She helped us with everything we needed. Huge THANKS to all of you making our holiday SUPER special!!!
