Location is good, right in front of the ferry terminal, and only 5 to 6 minutes walk from the Varenna-Esino train station. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Perhaps the most surprising hotel of our trip. In a good way! Super helpful staff, advised, told where and what to see and to get. The room we got was also super, extremely cozy and especially comfortable beds! I just had absolutely no comments, when I had questions, everything was solved immediately. Breakfast was also good. In short, we will definitely come back again with the whole family, and for others who are looking to feel the true spirit of Italy and enjoy Lake Como in peace, this is a perfect place! p.s. The rooms in this boutique hotel have minimalist decoration and include a TV with satellite channels. Many bedrooms overlook the lake. I had a fall and all the staff tended to me giving me ice and stuff to clean my wounds. They let us leave our luggage till the afternoon. Breakfast was delicious.

Before we even arrived, we were given instruction on how to navigate upon arriving in the station. We were welcomed by the staff upon arrival at the place and she went through everything with us, provided us with links of the ferry and restaurant etc. I love how clean and spacious the apartment was. The apartment was truly top notch, with just 5 minutes walk to the ferry and plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment was also very quiet at night and we managed to get a good amount of sleep. This place is exceptional and highly recommended!
