Set on a traditional Icelandic farm, Setberg Guesthouse is located outside of Höfn, a 14-minute drive from the seaside village centre. Everything was perfect. Clean, comfortable and the hostesses were really kind. One of the best places to stay in Iceland. Can’t recommend enough.

We got the spectacular mountain view room so we could clearly see the glacier outlets. Great location for chasing the northern lights because the surroundings are farms with not much light. The food is nice. We had the signature local langoustine soup and vanilla ice cream for dinner and they were splendid. Rankes among my most favourite dishes in Iceland so far. The room is well equipped and comfortable. Good selection for breakfast.

Fosshotel Glacier Lagoon offers luxurious accommodation in Hnappavellir. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant and hotel bar. Very nice and cozy room. In our room we did not hear any noise, I slept so well. Integrated in nature. Positive thing that late in evening staff found for us place in restaurant, and it is working till late time. Good hot tub, and open till late. )) One of the best hotel in Iceland.

Set just 1 km from Hornafjördur Airport. Free WiFi access. The Route 1 Ring Road is right next to the guest house. A seating area and work desk feature in all guest rooms at Seljavellir Guesthouse. The host is super nice and makes tasty fried eggs for breakfast. Rooms are minimalistic but new and clean. Super good value for money!
