The family-run Guesthouse 1x6 is in the old part of Keflavík, a 7-minute drive from Keflavik International Airport and a 20-minute drive from the Blue Lagoon geothermal spa. Andi and Yuki are truly the epitome of exceptional, welcoming hosts. When reading the reviews prior to booking it all seemed too good to be true. The minute Andi picked us up from the airport, however, we understood exactly what everyone meant. We only got to stay one night at 1x6, but in that night we got to connect with people all over the world, and made some new friends from Oregon. The added homemade breakfast as great, and they were ready to help with anything we needed. For our next trip to Iceland, we’ll for sure be back!

Located in Sandgerði village, these basic wooden cottages are a 10-minute drive away from Keflavik Airport. Free WiFi is available. The rooms and facilities were super clean and everything we needed was there. It is also close to the airport so a perfect place to rest before/after travelling.

Raven’s Bed & Breakfast is a converted traditional cow house which has been renovated into a unique guest house. The original wooden beams and certain decorative items remain from its past. Cosy with lots of unique character.
