An epitome of grandeur, Taj City Centre New Town, Kolkata, is the Hallmark of Urban Hospitality. As soon as you enter, you’re engulfed with peace and calm. I was totally amazed by the attentiveness of the hotel staff! From pre-arrival where they ensured I had all information I needed to connect with my driver at the airport, to the reception I was given at the hotel where offering a warm memorable welcome was obviously important to them - just sensational. The room was absolutely comfortable with very nice bath products. The room service was efficient and the food delicious. I left very early the next morning but this experience has ensured that I will return again in under two weeks when I will be in Kolkata again.

Located in Kolkata's business district of Salt Lake City, 1 km away from Apollo Hospital, Hyatt Regency features modern rooms, an outdoor swimming pool and 6 food and beverage options. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed by the Lobby Manager, Mr. Raghav, and a member of the lobby staff whose name I believe was Anusha. Their welcome and hospitality set the tone for our stay, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to an expansive penthouse on the 6th floor, equipped with all modern amenities. The accommodation was huge, what I figures out it was at least 220 square meters, immaculate, and filled with natural light. Everything exceeded our expectations. My wife and son were particularly thrilled with the comfort of the room, and even asked me to write their feedback on their experience. The balcony offered an outstanding view of the lake, adding to the charm of our stay. The housekeeping staff maintained the room meticulously and provided excellent service throughout our visit. Offering a spa centre and an outdoor swimming pool, Vedic Village Spa Resort is situated in Kolkata in the West Bengal Region. There is a bowling alley and a games room on site. The location and the vibe of the property is quite serene and picturesque. The staff is super courteous and polite. The private lake view villas were very comfortable and luxurious.
